SCHOOL VISITS:  My dynamic book author and illustrator visits are interactive, inspiring, developmentally appropriate and fit in quite well with many standards for literacy in kindergarten and other primary grades.   I share my examples of how a book is conceived and developed.  I also send teachers suggestions for "pre" author visit activities as well as "follow-up" extensions individualized for your specific classroom visit.

Preschool/PreK author visits are designed with the younger audience in mind and include interactive discussion about where ideas come from, readings and sharing original art for the books.  If you are interested in learning more about the process and fees or scholarships, please contact me  with your questions and include age/grade level(s) and potential dates and locations.
